Forty Percent Income Rent. Subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 below, the Rent paid by Tenants of Forty Percent Income Units may not exceed one-twelfth (1/12) of thirty percent (30%) of Forty Percent (40%) of Median Income, adjusted for Assumed Household Size.
