Forty Years Sample Clauses

The "Forty Years" clause establishes a fixed duration of forty years for the validity or enforceability of a contract, agreement, or specific obligation. In practice, this means that the rights, responsibilities, or restrictions outlined in the relevant document will remain in effect for a period of forty years from the commencement date, after which they automatically expire or may require renewal. This clause is commonly used in long-term arrangements such as leases, easements, or covenants to provide certainty about the length of the parties' commitments and to prevent indefinite obligations.
