Forum convenience and enforcement abroad. The Borrower, the Agent and each of the Lenders: (i) waive objection to the courts of the Province of Alberta on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise as regards proceedings in connection with a Loan Document; and (ii) agree that a judgment or order of a court of the Province of Alberta in connection with a Loan Document is conclusive and binding on it (subject to any rights of appeal in respect thereof) and may be enforced against it in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
