Forum convenience and enforcement abroad. Each party to this Agreement: (a) waives objection to English courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise as regards proceedings in connection with this Agreement; (b) agrees that a judgment or order of an English court in connection with this Agreement is conclusive and binding on it and may be enforced against it in the courts of any other jurisdiction; and (c) to the fullest extent permitted by law, waives any right it may have in any jurisdiction to have any proceedings take the form of a trial by Jury.
