Forum convenience and enforcement abroad. Each Obligor: (a) waives objection to the English and New York State and Federal courts on grounds of inconvenient forum or otherwise as regards proceedings in connection with any Finance Document; and (b) agrees that a judgment or order of an English or New York State or Federal court in connection with any Finance Document is conclusive and binding on it and may be enforced against it in the courts of any other jurisdiction.
