Common use of Forward Contracts Clause in Contracts

Forward Contracts. If you are approved to enter into Forward Contracts, you may request to enter into a Forward Contract by providing instructions to us through the Airwallex Platform. If we agree to your request we will provide you with a Confirmation setting out the details of the Forward Contract. You agree that it is your responsibility to check the Confirmation to ensure that it corresponds with your instructions. You agree to enter into Forward Contracts only for the purpose of facilitating payment for identifiable goods or services. If we reasonably believe that you intend to enter into the Forward Contract for other purposes, we: (a) may decline to accept your instruction in respect of a Forward Contract; or (b) if we have already accepted your instruction, we may cancel the Forward Contract.
