Common use of Forwarding of Information Clause in Contracts

The Network User undertakes to notify the Transmission System Operator of all expected extraordinary increases in demand for transmission capacity resulting from carrying out envisaged maintenance works, when signing this Framework Agreement and for the entire term of this Framework Agreement. Additionally, the Transmission System Operator shall be warned of any changes to the stated list of extraordinary increases immediately when such information becomes known to the Network User. The Network User undertakes to immediately provide the Transmission System Operator with any additional data or information that could be required for correct and timely implementation of the obligations of the Transmission System Operator. The Network User also undertakes to immediately forward data from the agreement to the Transmission System Operator should any amendments occur thereto.
