Common use of Forwarding of Notices Clause in Contracts

Forwarding of Notices. The Fiscal Agent or, with respect to Italian Dematerialised Securities, the Italian Paying Agent, shall immediately notify the relevant Issuer and, where applicable, the Guarantor of any notice delivered to it including, without limitation, those requiring any breach of any provision of this Agreement or the Conditions applicable to any Tranche of Securities to be remedied.

Forwarding of Notices. The Fiscal Agent or, with respect to Italian Dematerialised SecuritiesInstruments, the Italian Paying Agent, shall immediately notify the relevant Issuer and, where applicable, the Guarantor of any notice delivered to it including, without limitation, those declaring any Note due and payable by reason of an Event of Default or requiring any breach of any provision of this Agreement or the Conditions applicable to any Tranche of Securities Notes to be remedied.
