Common use of Forwarding of Notices Clause in Contracts

Forwarding of Notices. The Fiscal Agent, or as the case may be, the Registrar shall immediately notify the Issuer of any notice delivered to it declaring any Covered Bond due and payable or requiring any breach of any provision of this Agreement or the Conditions applicable to any Tranche of Covered Bonds to be remedied.
