FOUNDATION Personnel. FOUNDATION Personnel shall mean the general, administrative and research employees and the independent contractors and consultants of FOUNDATION, CNSE, FRMC, SUNY IT, and the FOUNDATION, CNSE and SUNYIT faculty, researchers, research assistants, teaching assistants, and students who are or who are expected to be performing activities under or in respect of the Program. For the avoidance of doubt, FOUNDATION Personnel shall not include employees or contractors of SILEVO.
