Dispensation The Consultant certifies it is not required to obtain a dispensation or waiver in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Government of Puerto Rico prior to or in connection with the execution of this Agreement. The Parties agree that the proven illegality of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall not invalidate it as a whole.
Teaching Staff Assigned to More Than One Building Each Educator who is assigned to more than one building will be evaluated by the appropriate administrator where the individual is assigned most of the time. The principal of each building in which the Educator serves must review and sign the evaluation, and may add written comments. In cases where there is no predominate assignment, the superintendent will determine who the primary evaluator will be.
Retainer Fee This Agreement shall have ☐ no retainer fee ☐ a non-refundable retainer fee in the amount of $_ to obtain the Agency’s services under this Agreement (“Retainer Fee”). If a Commission is paid the Retainer Fee shall be deducted from the total Commission amount. The Commission is due and payable at closing by the Buyer.
