Fourth or Fifth Person Required is Not a Powerline Electrician. When the fourth or fifth person required is not a Powerline Electrician, the Supervisor On Call or his/her delegate shall go to the Callout Roster and call out a suitably qualified person, in the order shown on the Callout Roster (if applicable). Pay The Senior qualified Powerline Electrician “A” shall be paid at the Powerline Electrician Crew Leader A rate unless a Crewleader "A" is called out.
