Fourth or Fifth Person Required is Not a Powerline Electrician. When the fourth or fifth person required is not a Powerline Electrician, the Supervisor On Call or his/her delegate shall go to the Callout Roster and call out a suitably qualified person, in the order shown on the Callout Roster (if applicable). The Senior qualified Powerline Electrician “A” shall be paid at the Powerline Electrician Crew Leader rate when: (i) No Powerline Electrician Crew Leader “A” is available, and (ii) At least one (1) of the third, fourth or fifth persons called out is a Powerline Electrician “A” Otherwise the Senior Powerline Electrician “A” shall be paid at the Powerline Electrician Lead Hand rate.
