Fourth Place. The Corporation Member or the guest of a Corporation Member who places fourth shall cause the Corporation Member to be responsible for the Cake Contest during the following year. Profits generated by the activities described within this subsection shall be turned over to the Corporation within ten (10) days following The Turtle Race and shall become part of the General Fund of the Corporation.
