Common use of FRAGNET Clause in Contracts

FRAGNET. A “Fragnet”, sometimes referred to as “time impact analysis,” is a contemporaneous, fragmentary scheduling network, which graphically identifies the sequencing of all critical and non-critical new activities and/or activity revisions affected by a Change Order or Delay, with logic ties to all affected existing activities noted on the Construction Schedule. Its objective is to isolate and quantify any time impact of a specific issue, determine and demonstrate any such specific Delay in relation to past and/or other current Delays and to provide a method for incorporating adjustments to the Contract Time into the Construction Schedule.
