Framework Public Body Content Provision. The Framework Public Body will abide by all regulations and rulings of the Advertising Standards Authority, the British Code of Advertising Practice and any other codes of advertising standards laid down to ensure that all advertising in respect of which the Contractor carries out any Media booking complies in all respects with all relevant laws and shall be decent, honest and truthful.
