Franchise Fees Collected from NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. Customers In the event certain customers in the Municipal Service Area connected to the Company’s Natural Gas Distribution System are customers of the NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL), a franchise fee will be collected from such customers by NGTL in accordance with NGTL’s applicable tariff and such franchise fee once remitted to the Company will be aggregated with the franchise fee as calculated in paragraph 5 a) to be dealt with in accordance with paragraph 5 d).
