Provision of Equipment. 6.1 Unless any event described in Article 2.2 or 2.3 of this Agreement occurs, all of the equipment required for any of Party B’s business shall be provided by Party A on an exclusive basis or be provided by the equipment supplier designated by Party A. The specific way to provide such equipment (including without limitation, lease, sales and transfer) shall be decided by Party A unilaterally.
6.2 The Parties shall negotiate with each other to enter into specific equipment transfer agreements or equipment lease agreements to expressly specify the detail matters such as the method to provide such equipment, price and term.
Provision of Equipment. The Company agrees to provide the Municipality’s fire department with the equipment necessary for the operation of curb boxes and service valves. In case of fire, the service valves may be turned off by the fire department if they reach a fire before the Company’s representative. The Municipality will notify one of the Company’s representatives of fires which may affect the Natural Gas Distribution System and/or the operations thereof as quickly as reasonably possible or, in the event they cannot reach a Company representative, the Municipality will advise the Company’s standby personnel of such fires. The Company will ensure its representatives reasonably cooperate with the Municipality in preventing, controlling and investigating fires involving or affecting the Natural Gas Distribution System.
Provision of Equipment. We or the Network Operator will provide, install and maintain Electricity Supply Equipment, including the Meter and necessary ancillary equipment at the Premises, after due consideration of Your wishes. The Electricity Supply Equipment remains the property of the Network Operator at all times and the Network Operator is responsible for installing and maintaining the Electricity Supply Equipment. You must not do anything that will damage or interfere with the Electricity Supply Equipment or use electricity in a way that interferes with that equipment
Provision of Equipment. Except for the equipment provided by the Company to the Contractor and the Representative(s), as set out in Schedule I, the Contractor is required to supply all equipment necessary to provide the Services. The Contractor is also required to ensure such equipment is suitable and maintained in good working order.
Provision of Equipment a) Generator shall provide and install all equipment in accordance with Prudent Utility Practices.
b) Generator shall provide, at Generator’s expense, all revenue meters, revenue metering transformers and associated equipment including CT/PT etc. The devices such as SCADA- PLCC, remote terminal units shall be provided by MSEDCL/MSETCL in accordance with and as per requirement of MSEDCL/MSETCL/ SLDC.
Provision of Equipment. You acknowledge receipt of the equipment listed on the Initial Equipment Order Information and Pricing section of the Application. Our then-current standard pricing applies to the equipment. You agree to pay our then-current standard price (plus shipping) for any additional equipment or supplies.
Provision of Equipment. The Provider shall supply basic appropriately fitting PPE and the biosecurity equipment necessary for the provision of the Services. See Annex B for details of what the Provider is expected to provide for Vets supplied.
Provision of Equipment. The Licensee will arrange his own equipment for satisfactory provision of services.
Provision of Equipment. 2.1. In consideration of the Customer agreeing to perform the obligations upon it set out herein, agree BZR s to loan to the Customer the Equipment upon the terms and subject to the conditions hereinafter appearing.
2.2. In the event that the Customer shall be found at any time not to be in possession of the Equipment, BZR may immediately charge the Customer the sum of £3000 per machine for the full replacement cost.
Provision of Equipment. 7.1 The Sponsor will provide the Institution and Principal Investigator with the Equipment at the Sponsor’s expense. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing, the Equipment will be used only by the Principal Investigator and Personnel involved in the conduct of the Study and only for the purposes of the Study.
7.2 If proper usage of the Equipment requires training, the Institution agrees that:
(1) the Principal Investigator and Institution’s Personnel will make themselves available for training in using the Equipment, at the Sponsor’s expense; and
(2) the Equipment will only be used as described in written directions provided by the Sponsor.
7.3 The Equipment will be at the risk of the Sponsor, but the Institution will take reasonable care in the use and secure storage of the same.
7.4 The Sponsor will be responsible for arranging and paying for any required Internet connection as necessary to use the Equipment.
7.5 At the completion of the Study or at the Sponsor’s request, the Institution will, unless otherwise specified, return to Sponsor, at the Sponsor’s expense, the Equipment and all related training materials and documentation.
7.6 The Sponsor will cooperate with the Institution in maintaining, at the Sponsor’s expense, the Equipment in good working order, and ensuring that it is in a safe condition and compliant with the requirements of the relevant licensing and safety authorities at all times.
