Xxxxxxxx agrees that it shall not request or use Visa or MasterCard Account number information for any purpose that it knows or should have known to be fraudulent or in violation of Visa and MasterCard standards, Association Rules, the PUA, or this CEA, or for any purpose that the cardholder did not authorise.
