Vendor shall use commercially reasonable best efforts to ensure that the Services, including but not limited to any software used in the performance of the Services, do not introduce or transfer any malicious code, malware, Trojan horses, ransomware, worms or other computer viruses into the Board’s network, systems, and computers.
