Free Trial Obligation. Fitness Center shall offer and honor a one-time free trial (guest pass) for each Member to try out the fitness center prior to joining if the member requests one.

Financial Obligation While this contract is in effect, the student is required to meet the financial obligations of this contract. Housing fees are charged through the Account Services Office. Students must pay their accounts per the policies of that office.
FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS There will be no transfer of funds between the Parties under this Agreement and each Party will fund its own participation. All activities under or pursuant to this Agreement are subject to the availability of funds, and no provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted to require obligation or payment of funds in violation of the Anti-Deficiency Act, (31 U.S.C. § 1341).
Developer's Obligation The Developer shall bear the total cost and expense of all the obligations and duties created by this Contract unless otherwise explicitly stated in this Contract. Those obligations and duties are, generally, to create all Improvements as may be required by the City in accordance with this Contract and with City Requirements. Such Improvements include but are not limited to: i) all Improvements within the Project; ii) all Improvements connecting to water, sewer, or stormwater infrastructure outside the Project, whether existing or planned; iii) modifications to any existing water, sewer, or stormwater infrastructure outside the Project that facilitate provision of utility service to the Project, or compliance with City Requirements, or integration of the Improvements with the surrounding existing or planned water, sewer, or stormwater system; and iv) new streets or alterations to existing streets or rights of way within which the Improvements are located. The Developer's obligations also include all costs, including but not limited to legal costs, of acquiring all fees or easements within which the Improvements will be located.
Obligations During the Employment Term, Executive will perform his duties faithfully and to the best of his ability and will devote his full business efforts and time to the Company. For the duration of the Employment Term, Executive agrees not to actively engage in any other employment, occupation or consulting activity for any direct or indirect remuneration without the prior approval of the Board.
THE CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS 8.1 The Client undertakes that he will not permit the services provided by the Bank to be used for the evasion of any fiscal imposition of the Island of Guernsey or elsewhere or in breach of or contrary to any Applicable Laws.
Parties to Perform Obligations 16.4.1 Notwithstanding the existence of any Dispute and difference referred to the Appropriate Commission and save as the Appropriate Commission may otherwise direct by a final or interim order, the Parties hereto shall continue to perform their respective obligations (which are not in dispute) under this Agreement.
RESIDENT’S OBLIGATIONS Resident agrees as follows:
Termination for failure to pay If Company fails to make any payment due hereunder, Hospital shall have the right to terminate this Agreement upon [* * *] business days written notice, unless Company makes such payments plus any interest due, as set forth in Section 4.7, within said [* * *] day notice period. If payments are not made, Hospital may immediately terminate this Agreement at the end of said [* * *] day period. Company shall be entitled to only [* * *] such cure periods in a calendar year; for a [* * *] failure to make payment on time, Hospital shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice.
Developer’s Obligations (a) Upon the expiry of the Agreement Period by efflux of time and in the normal course, the Developer shall on the Expiry Date, hand back vacant and peaceful possession of Project Site and the Project Facilities to the Authority free of cost and in good operable condition.
