Free Trial definition

Free Trial means a temporary subscription to the Services for which no Fees are charged, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Free Trial means any AudtiBoard service or functionality that AuditBoard makes available to Customer to try at Customer’s option, at no additional charge, and which is clearly designated as “beta,” “trial,” “pre-GA,” “pilot,” “developer preview,” “free trial,” “evaluation,” “proof of concept (POC),” “sandbox” or by a similar designation.
Free Trial means Your ability to access Our Services from the date that the free trial is set up, for a fixed duration and value, as described on the applicable Service Definition.

  • Except with respect to a Free Trial, to the extent that Okta processes any Personal Data (as defined in the DPA) on Customer’s behalf in the provision of the Service, the data processing addendum at xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/trustandcompliance ("DPA") as may be updated by Okta if required by applicable Law, which is hereby incorporated by reference, shall apply and the parties agree to comply with such terms.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, a Free Trial is provided “AS IS.” OKTA MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY AND SHALL HAVE NO INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS WITH RESPECT TO A FREE TRIAL.

  • If the individual does not have such authority, or if the individual does not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, such individual must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Service and/or any Free Trial.

  • If Customer uses a Free Trial, then the applicable provisions of this Agreement will govern that Free Trial, and Okta will make such Free Trial available to Customer on a trial basis, free of charge, until the earlier of (a) the end of the free trial period for which Customer agreed to use such Free Trial, (b) the start date of any Service subscription purchased by Customer for such Service, or (c) termination of the Free Trial by Okta in its sole discretion.


More Definitions of Free Trial

Free Trial means a period of time when the Hosted Services will be made available free of charge as set out in the Documentation;
Free Trial means an instance of Licensor’s generally available Software provided to Licensee, for a limited term either for trial, evaluation or similar purposes.

Free Trials are provided “as-is” without any representation or warranty.

Free Trial means use of the Subscription Services for trial purposes pursuant to a Sales Order that specifies that the Customer’s use is for a Free Trial.
Free Trial. SIPStation has the ability to allow customers to sign up for a free limited trial of SIPStation. While in Free Trial mode Customer’s total minute usage is limited but adequate to thoroughly test the phone service and will be configured with the indicated number of call paths (trunks) as displayed in Customer’s SIPStation module or in the store account. Many of the features are disabled during the trial period such as metered toll free and international service, failover services and others. The Free Trial account is NOT FOR production usage, it is for evaluation and has thus been limited to that purpose. If and when Customer converts a Free Trial account into a standard SIPStation account, all available features will become immediately accessible.
