Provider certifies that neither it nor its employees shall engage in the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of a controlled substance in the performance of this Agreement and that Provider is in compliance with all the provisions of the Illinois Drug-Free Workplace Act (30 ILCS 580/3 and 580/4). Provider further certifies that it is in compliance with the government-wide requirements for a drug-free workplace as set forth in 45 CFR Part 82.
