FREEDOM FROM VIOLENCE. (a) The Association and the Division recognize the principle that all individuals are entitled to have a working environment free from physical violence, verbal abuse or the threat of physical assault and both parties shall make reasonable efforts to maintain this goal. (b) This section is subject to The Public Schools Act and Regulations thereto and is not intended to abrogate any management rights with respect to the student disciplinary process. (c) Employees shall not have the right to grieve individual student disciplinary decisions made by the School Administration.
