Common use of Frequency and Scheduling of Service Clause in Contracts

Frequency and Scheduling of Service. Except as set forth in Articles 5.6.D and 5.6.E, SFD Solid Waste Collection Services shall be provided one (1) time per week on a scheduled route basis, and SFD Recycling Service shall be provided bi-weekly. SFD Collection Services shall be scheduled so that an SFD Service Unit receives SFD Solid Waste Collection Service, SFD Recycling Service, and SFD Green Waste Collection Service on the same Residential Service Work Day.

SFD Recycling Collection Service, and SFD Recycling Organic Waste Collection Service shall be provided bi-weekly. SFD Collection Services one (1) time every other week on an alternating basis and shall be scheduled so that an a SFD Service Unit receives SFD Solid Waste Collection Service, and SFD Recycling Service, and SFD Green or Organic Waste Collection Service Service, on the same Residential Service Work Day.
