Frequency of Billing. The Contractor must submit invoices by the 20th of the first month of the quarter, requesting any expended funds for a previous quarter and/or expected expenditures for the next quarter. Invoices shall be accompanied by such supporting documentation as prescribed by CT DOL to reflect the transactions occurring during the quarter requesting reimbursement.
