Frequency of Collection. The FRANCHISEE shall collect all Bulk Waste from Residential Units within the Franchise Area. Such collection shall be limited to Bulk Waste generated at the said Residential Unit. The FRANCHISEE shall collect Bulk Waste within three (3) days of identifying the Bulk Waste during weekly Solid Waste Collection services or after receiving a request for such pickup. When identified during Solid Waste Collection services, the Franchisee with leave a notice on the material indicating that the materials have been identified and will be collected within three (3) days. . Bulk Waste services is limited to two (2) cubic yards per pick up per Dwelling Unit.
