Fresh Water Delivery Rates. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, Antero Water shall construct and operate the Fresh Water System in a manner so as to permit Fresh Water to be made available at the points of interconnection to the High-Rate Transfer Facilities at the rates of flow required by Section 3.1(c) and shall install and operate the High-Rate Transfer Facilities in a manner so as to make Fresh Water available at the Fresh Water Delivery Points at the applicable Fresh Water Delivery Rates.
