Fringes. In addition to any remuneration referred to in this Agreement, the Employer shall pay the following Fringes, as per Schedule of this Agreement, on a weekly basis:
(a) Vacation Pay, calculated as a percentage of Gross Earnings;
(b) RSP, calculated as a percentage of Total Gross Earnings;
(c) Health and Welfare, calculated as a percentage of Total Gross Earnings;
(d) Administration Fee, calculated as a percentage of Total Gross Earnings, plus applicable GST;
(e) Holiday Pay, calculated as a percentage of Total Gross Earnings;
(f) Training, calculated as a percentage of Total Gross Earnings, plus applicable GST.
Fringes. Fringe benefit credit for labor provided under Section 7.7.2.2 is only allowable for prevailing wage fringe benefits pursuant to ORC Chapter 4115, including, but not limited to, Health and Welfare, vacation, apprenticeship training, and certain types of pension plans. The parties shall defer to the Ohio Department of Commerce’s policy on which benefits are granted fringe benefit credit. Each fringe benefit for which credit is requested shall be calculated on an hourly basis and listed as a separate line item. The Contractor shall submit documentation supporting the calculation of the amounts for each fringe benefit for each worker classification, including labor provided by Subcontractors.
Fringes. The Board will pay its share of benefits for the remainder of the current contract year in which such unpaid leave commences. Thereafter, the employee will be carried on the payroll records for the duration of such approved leave, but any and all fringe benefits such as medical/hospitalization and term life insurance shall be maintained only at the expense of the employee on unpaid leave. The employee shall forward a check or checks to cover the full cost of said insurance program. Failure to forward premiums at stipulated times will terminate this benefit.
Fringes. 6.1 Executive shall be entitled to vacations, health care benefits, fringe benefits and 3 reimbursement for reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, including but not limited to those hereinafter detailed, in accordance with the Company's practices covering executive personnel. The Company shall use reasonable efforts to seek waivers of waiting periods, if any, applicable to particular benefits. Such benefits shall include:
6.1.1 Health Insurance coverage with major medical, dental and disability insurance benefits equal to those benefits available to employees; the Company will pay 100% of the monthly premiums for Executive and immediate family members;
6.1.2 Reimbursement of all properly approved travel and business related expenses normally paid by the Company. All expense reports must be approved by the President or the Board of Directors prior to reimbursement;
6.1.3 Paid vacation per calendar year of not more than 3 weeks unless otherwise authorized by the Board of Directors at any time or times selected by Executive taking into account the convenience of the Company. Executive shall give the Board of Directors of the Company at least 14 calendar days prior notice of selected vacation times of one week or more. Unused vacation time will not be cumulative from year to year unless approved by the Board of Directors.
Fringes. Apprentices shall receive all fringe benefit payments included in the collective bargaining agreement covering the area in which he works, except that a first year apprentice or trainee shall not have a pension contribution paid on them.
Fringes. Effective August 2, 2015, increase the Holiday Pay portion of the fringe rate by 0.25% (from 2.5% to 2.75%) in recognition of the addition of Family Day as a statutory holiday in British Columbia.
Fringes. A. Teaching and/or other job related experience credit may be granted for up to a maximum of five (5) years. Extension of five (5) year credit limit may be granted by mutual written agreement of the HFT executive board and the Xxxx Board of Education.
Fringes. The Employer agrees to pay Journeymen Pipefitters and/or Pipe Layers Wages at the rate shown on page 2 of this contract. Fringes will remain as shown throughout the entire Agreement, September 1, 2013 to August 31, 2017 unless changes are mutually agreed to. In the event that the government, Federal or State, takes over the Health and Hospitalization Trust Fund and/or the Pension Trust Fund provided for in the collective bargaining agreement, then the amounts of the hourly contributions which would otherwise be payable by the employer into said funds shall thereupon and thereafter be added to the hourly wage rates paid to the employees under this Agreement. Except that, in the event, during the term of said Trust Agreement, there shall have been passed a Federal or State Law which shall compel the Employer to contribute to a Federal or State Plan which will provide any of the same or similar items of coverage as contemplated under said Fund, then the hourly contribution of the Employers to said Fund shall be reduced to the extent of the cost of the particular item or items of coverage to the Fund which will also be furnished under a Federal or State Plan.
Fringes. The following fringes and levies are calculated on the total Gross Remuneration: the location without being relieved.
Fringes. Company shall pay all fringes on the amount set forth in Paragraph 2 above as required by worker's compensation laws and the DGA Minimum Basic Agreement. Company shall be and remain signatory to the DGA Basic Agreement.
