FRISCO's Representative. FRISCO shall designate, in writing, a representative who shall have authority to act for FRISCO with respect to the services to be rendered under this Agreement. Such person shall have complete authority to transmit instructions, receive information, interpret and define FRISCO's policies and decisions with respect to materials, equipment, elements and systems pertinent to CONTRACTOR's services.
