Common use of From the Service Provider Clause in Contracts

From the Service Provider. If the Service Provider wishes to terminate this Contract for any reason whatsoever, it must inform the Instructing Party by giving writing advanced notice of 30 calendar days. The Service Provider shall do everything to progress the completion of its service provision so that the Instructing Party can replace it under the best possible conditions.
