Common use of Front-end Sales Charges Clause in Contracts

Front-end Sales Charges. As additional compensation for the services performed and the expenses assumed by the Distributor under this Agreement, the Distributor may, in conformity with the terms and conditions set forth in the then current Prospectus of each Fund, impose and retain for its own account the amount of the front-end sales charge, if any, and may reallow a portion of any front-end sales charge to other broker-dealers, all in accordance with NASD rules.
