Common use of Full Access and Consultation Clause in Contracts

Full Access and Consultation. The Seller will permit representatives of the Buyers to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Stations, to all premises, properties, books, records, contracts, Tax records, and documents of or pertaining to the Seller. The Seller will consult with the Buyers' management with a view to informing Buyers' management as to the operations, management and business of the Stations. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller acknowledges and agrees that it will provide the Buyers and their representatives with such access to the properties, books, records, documents and operations of the Seller as contemplated herein in a manner which will permit the Buyers to fully complete their due diligence review within the thirty (30) day period reference in Section 5(a) (ix), below.
