Common use of Full Access Clause in Contracts

Full Access. The Company shall (and shall cause each Subsidiary to) permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access (at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Company and the Subsidiaries) to all premises, properties, financial and accounting records, contracts, other records and documents, and personnel, of or pertaining to the Company and each Subsidiary.

Full Access. The Company shall (and shall cause each Subsidiary to) permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access (upon reasonable notice and at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Company and the SubsidiariesCompany) to all premises, properties, financial and accounting records, contracts, other records and documents, and personnel, of or pertaining to the Company and each SubsidiaryCompany, subject to compliance with applicable confidentiality obligations of the Company.

Full Access. Full Access. The Company and its Subsidiaries shall (and shall cause each Subsidiary to) permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access (at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Company and the Subsidiaries) or any of its Subsidiaries to all premises, properties, financial and accounting personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, other records and documents, and personnel, documents of or pertaining to the business of the Company and each Subsidiaryits Subsidiaries.

Full Access. The Company shall (and shall cause each Subsidiary to) permit representatives of the Buyer to have full access (at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Company and the SubsidiariesCompany) to all premises, properties, financial and accounting records, contracts, other records and documents, and personnel, of or pertaining to the Company (other than consolidated tax returns, consolidated financial statements and each Subsidiary.records and Employee Benefit Plans of the Stockholder). Full Access. The Company shall will (and shall will cause each Subsidiary of its Subsidiaries to) permit representatives of the Buyer each of Parent and Purchaser (including representatives of potential financing sources) to have full access (at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Company and the its Subsidiaries) , to all premises, properties, financial personnel, books, records (including tax and accounting records), contracts, other records and documents, and personnel, documents of or pertaining to each of the Company and each Subsidiaryits Subsidiaries.

Full Access. The Company shall (and shall cause each Subsidiary to) permit will permit, representatives of the Buyer (including legal counsel and accountants) to have full access (at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Company and the Subsidiaries) Company, to all premises, properties, financial and accounting personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, other records and documents, and personnel, documents of or pertaining to the Company and each SubsidiaryCompany.

The Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to facilitate and documents, arrange calls or meetings between Buyer and personnel, any business relation of or pertaining to the Company and each Subsidiaryor applicable Government Entity that Buyer reasonably requests.

Full Access. Full Access. The Company shall (and shall its Subsidiaries will permit, and Sellers will cause each Subsidiary to) permit of Company and its Subsidiaries to permit, representatives of the Buyer Purchaser (including legal counsel and accountants) to have full access (at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Company and the its Subsidiaries) , to all premises, properties, financial and accounting personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, other records and documents, and personnel, documents of or pertaining to the each of Company and each Subsidiaryits Subsidiaries.
