Common use of Full Access Clause in Contracts

Full Access. Each of Sellers will permit, and Sellers will cause Target to permit, representatives of Buyer (including legal counsel and accountants) to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of Target, to all premises, properties, personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, and documents of or pertaining to Target.

Full Access. Each of the Sellers will permit, and the Sellers will cause each of the Target to permit, representatives of the Buyer (including legal counsel and accountants) to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of Target, to all premises, properties, personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, and documents of or pertaining to Targeteach of the Target .
