Common use of Full Access Clause in Contracts

Full Access. Each of Sellers will permit, and Sellers will cause Target to permit, representatives of Buyer (including legal counsel and accountants) to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of Target, to all premises, properties, personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, and documents of or pertaining to Target.

Full Access. Each of Sellers will permit, and Sellers will cause the Target to to, permit, representatives of Buyer the Company (including including, but not limited to, legal counsel and accountants) to have full access at all reasonable times, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of the Target, to all premises, properties, personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, and documents of or pertaining to the Target.

Full Access. Each of Sellers will permit, shall permit and Sellers will cause Target to permit, permit representatives of Buyer (including legal counsel and accountants) to have full access access, at all reasonable times, upon reasonable notice, and in a manner so as not to interfere with the normal business operations of Target, to all premises, properties, personnel, books, records (including Tax records), contracts, contracts and documents of or pertaining to Target, and shall furnish the representatives of Buyer with all information of or pertaining to Target as they may reasonably request.
