Full Daily Rate. 5.2.1.1 Effective until June 9, 2022, substitute teachers’ daily rate of pay will be $206.71 plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of $12.40 for a total of $219.11.
5.2.1.2 Effective June 10, 2022 (0.50% Increase), substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay will be $207.74 plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of $12.46 for a total of $220.20.
5.2.1.3 Effective September 1, 2022 (1.25% Increase), substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay will be $222.96 plus two per cent (2%) in lieu of benefits $4.46 for a total of $227.42.
5.2.1.4 Effective September 1, 2023 (2.00% Increase), substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay will be $227.42 plus two per cent (2%) in lieu of benefits $4.55 for a total of $231.97.
Full Daily Rate. 5.1.1.1.1. Effective until June 9, 2022, the substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay for the first and second day of an assignment will be $210.38 plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of $12.62 for a total of $223.00.
5.1.1.1.2. Effective June 10, 2022, the substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay for the first and second day of an assignment will be $211.43 plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of $12.68 for a total of $224.12.
5.1.1.1.3. Effective September 1, 2022 (1.25% Increase), the substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay for the first and second day of an assignment will be $226.92 plus two per cent (2%) in lieu of benefits $4.54 for a total of $231.46.
5.1.1.1.4. Effective September 1, 2023 (2.00% Increase), the substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay for the first and second day of an assignment will be $231.45 plus two per cent (2%) in lieu of benefits $4.64 for a total of $236.09.
Full Daily Rate. 5.1.3.1. Effective until June 9, 2022, the substitute teachers’ daily rates of pay will be two hundred dollars ($200.00) plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of twelve dollars ($12.00) for a total of two hundred and twelve dollars ($212.00).
5.1.3.2. Effective June 10, 2022 (zero point five per cent (0.50%) increase), the substitute teachers’ daily rate of pay will be two hundred and one dollars ($201.00) plus six per cent (6%) vacation pay of twelve dollars and six cents ($12.06) for a total of two hundred thirteen dollars and six cents ($213.06).
5.1.3.3. Effective September 1, 2022, (one point two-five per cent (1.25%) increase), the substitute teachers’ daily rate of pay will be two hundred fifteen dollars and seventy-two cents ($215.72) plus two per cent (2%) in lieu of benefits, four dollars and thirty-one cents ($4.31) for a total of two hundred and twenty dollars and four cents ($220.04).
5.1.3.4. Effective September 1, 2023 (two per cent (2.00%) increase), the substitute teachers’ daily rate of pay will be two hundred twenty dollars and four cents ($220.04) plus two per cent (2%) in lieu of benefits, four dollars and forty cents ($4.40) for a total of two hundred and twenty-four dollars and forty-four cents ($224.44).
