Full Disclosure(a). (a) None of the financial statements referred to in Section 6.04 or delivered or deemed delivered from time to time pursuant to this Credit Agreement, certificates or any other written statements delivered or deemed delivered by or on behalf of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary to the Administrative Agent or any Lender contains, as of the date of this Credit Agreement, any untrue statement of a material fact nor do such financial statements, certificates and such other written statements, taken as a whole, omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading. 101 MSGN – A&R Credit Agreement (2019)

  • Medical Information Throughout the Pupil's time as a member of the School, the School Medical Officer shall have the right to disclose confidential information about the Pupil if it is considered to be in the Pupil's own interests or necessary for the protection of other members of the School community. Such information will be given and received on a confidential, need-to-know basis.
