Common use of Full Floors Clause in Contracts

Full Floors. Provided that all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in the Premises including in the elevator lobby of the Premises. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, may also install identification signage on the façade of the Building, provided that prior to the installation of any such signage, Tenant has received Landlord’s prior written approval, to be given or withheld in Landlord’s reasonable discretion and any applicable written approvals and/or permits required by the City of Mountain View.
