Common use of Full Floors Clause in Contracts

Full Floors. Subject to Landlord's prior written approval, in its sole discretion, and provided all signs are in keeping with the quality, design and style of the Building and Project, Tenant, for any portion of the Premises which comprises an entire floor of the Building, at its sole cost and expense, may install identification signage anywhere in such full floor portion of the Premises including in the elevator lobby of such full floor portion of the Premises, provided that such signs must not be visible from the exterior of the Building. Tenant shall be responsible, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, for maintenance and repair of any such signs. In addition, Tenant shall cause such signs to be removed from the Premises and shall repair all damage to the Premises and the Building resulting from such removal, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, prior to the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.
