Common use of Full Refund Clause in Contracts

Full Refund. A student who cancels enrollment agreement after the attendance of the first class session or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later, shall be entitled to receive a full refund. Cancellation shall occur when the student gives a notice to the FMAE via email, ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. If sent by mail, the notice of cancellation is effective when postmarked, and properly addressed with postage paid.
