Full Value and Premium within Farm-in Deals. The farminee (purchaser) agrees to fund a significant exploration program, which is often agreed to be a particular dollar value or, sometimes, capped at a particular dollar value. This work usually takes the form of either drilling and/or seismic, in return for the farmor (seller) transferring a significant equity to the farminee. Where the farminee pays the normal exploration Actual Costs of the work being done for the interest being acquired and then also covers some or all of the Actual Costs of the farmor. County and its Agents additional insured status shall apply with respect to liability and defense of suits arising out of the Contractor’s acts or omissions, whether such liability is attributable to the Contractor or to the County. The full policy limits and scope of protection also shall apply to the County and its Agents as an additional insured, even if they exceed the County’s minimum Required Insurance specifications herein. Use of an automatic additional insured endorsement form is acceptable providing it satisfies the Required Insurance provisions herein.

  • Canceling Dependent Coverage During Open Enrollment In addition to the above situations, dependent health or dependent dental coverage may also be cancelled for any reason during the open enrollment period that applies to each type of plan (as long as allowed under the applicable provisions, regulations and rules of the federal and state law in effect at the beginning of the plan year).

  • Staffing Levels to deal with Potential Violence The Employer agrees that, where there is a risk of violence, an adequate level of trained employees should be present.
