Functions Defeating the HDCP Specification. Licensed Products shall not include: (a) switches, buttons, jumpers, or software equivalents thereof; (b) specific traces that can be cut ; or (c) functions (including service menus and remote-control functions); in each case, by which the content protection requirements of the HDCP Specification or the Compliance Rules can be defeated or by which Decrypted HDCP Content can be exposed to unauthorized interception, re-distribution or copying.
