Functions, Programs, and Services. The RSC may make available the following functions, programs, and services:

Functions, Programs, and Services. The Regional Service Center may make available the following functions, programs, and services: A. Regional special education training and support services program (the “Regional Special Education Program”). B. Joint transportation for homeless students. C. Bulk ordering, purchasing, and/or sharing of specialized equipment and technology. D. Joint assessment services, including without limitation psychological evaluations, behavior analysis (BCBA) support, RISC assessments, and mental health supports and training. E. Joint professional development services, including without limitation de-escalation training. F. Any other regional functions, programs, and services as may be authorized by law and approved by a vote of two-thirds of the full membership of the Board of Directors. A regional service center that does not provide at least two functions, programs, and services in at least two of the categories of services set forth in 20-A M.R.S. § 15683-C may lose its eligibility for direct state funding pursuant to 20-A M.R.S. § 3806.

Functions, Programs, and Services. The ESC may make available the following functions, programs, and services: A. Shared administrative personnel, which may include, without limitation: Business Manager, Technology Director, Adult Education Director, and Central Office Administrative Assistants. B. Shared central office services, which may include, without limitation: information technology services, adult education, nutrition services, and administration of business functions (including accounting, state and federal reporting, payroll, financial management, purchasing, insurance, budget development, and auditing). C. Contracting, purchasing, and reporting of facilities and student transportation services; D. Any other functions, programs, and services as may be authorized by law and approved by a 2/3 majority of the full membership of the Board. An education service center that does not provide at least two functions, programs, or services in at least two of the categories of services set forth in 20-A M.R.S. § 15683-C may lose its eligibility for direct state funding pursuant to 20-A M.R.S. § 3806.

Functions, Programs, and Services. The RSC shall make available the functions, programs and services set forth herein to its Service Recipients, as defined herein on a fee- for-service basis.
