Fund Covered Benefits and Pay Service Charges. Employer shall fund Covered Benefits, and pay Service Charges, in accordance with Article II of this Agreement. If the Employer’s broker has contracted with the Employer to pay certain fees and decides, for any reason at any time, not to continue to pay said fees, Employer is responsible for said fees.
