FUND OBLIGATION. With respect to those Funds that are organized as Massachusetts business trusts, a copy of the Agreement and Declaration of Trust of each Fund that is a Massachusetts business trust is on file with the Secretary of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and notice is hereby given that this instrument is executed on behalf of each Fund by an officer of the Fund as an officer and not individually and that the obligations imposed on each Fund by this Agreement are not binding upon any of the Trustees/Directors, officers or shareholders individually but are binding only upon the assets and property of the Fund.
