Common use of Funding and Costing Profile Clause in Contracts

Funding and Costing Profile. Provide a table (the Project Funding Profile) that shows, by budget period, the amount of government funding going to each project team member. Also a table (the Project Costing Profile) which projects, by month, the expenditure of both government and recipient funds for the first budget period, at a minimum. The Funding and Costing Profile should show the relationships with the Milestone Log (Item 4 above) and Project Timeline (Item 6 below); for example, Funding and Costing information could be shown as an overlay on milestone or timeline charts.
