FUNDING AVAILABILITY. Funding of this contract is subject to the availability of authorized funds. If expected or actual Federal or State funding is withdrawn, reduced or limited in any way prior to the expiration date set forth in this contract, or any subsequent amendment, the County of Mendocino may, upon written notice to the Contractor, terminate this contract in whole or in part.
