Funding Information. Upon request, The Employer agrees to appraise the Union of the progress in all negotiations with funding sources. The Employer shall provide the Union with pertinent personnel information affecting unit employees contained in all proposals to the funding sources and copies of existing contracts with the funding sources will be made available to the Union for copying upon request.
