Common use of Funding Instructions Clause in Contracts

Funding Instructions. At least three Business Days prior to the date of the Closing, you shall have received written instructions signed by a Responsible Officer on letterhead of the Company confirming the information specified in Section 3 in the form of Exhibit 2.
