The Administrative Agent shall have received a duly executed Funding Notice or Issuance Notice, as required by and in accordance with, and meeting the requirements of, Section 2.2(b)(ii) (Borrowing Mechanics for Revolving Loans) or Section 2.3(b)(i) (Procedures for Issuance and Amendment of Letters of Credit; Auto-Extension Letters of Credit), as applicable.
